Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SpeedTech purchase. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition
  • Original packaging and labels must be intact and undamaged
  • Items must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products must be in their original sealed condition with all protective materials intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • All original accessories, documentation, and packaging materials must be included
  • Product must not have been opened, tested, or used in any way
  • Original product tags and labels must be attached and readable

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used electronic devices
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased during special promotions (unless otherwise specified)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  3. Submit clear photos of the product and packaging:
    • Photos of the product in its current condition
    • Photos of the original packaging (all sides)
    • Photos showing any damage or issues (if applicable)

  4. We will review your photos and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
  5. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Include the RA number and return form with your package
  7. Ship the package to the address provided by our team

4. Photo Requirements for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, we require clear, high-quality photos of the product and packaging. These photos help us verify the condition and process your return efficiently.

Important: Returns will not be processed without proper photo documentation. Please ensure all photos are clear, well-lit, and show all required details.

Required Photos:

  • Product Condition: Clear photos of the product from multiple angles showing its current state
  • Original Packaging: Photos of all sides of the original packaging, including any labels or stickers
  • Seal Status: Close-up photos showing whether the product seal is intact or broken
  • Accessories: Photos of all included accessories, documentation, and promotional materials
  • Damage Documentation: If applicable, clear photos of any damage or defects
  • Product Labels: Photos of all product labels, batch numbers, and manufacturing information

Photo Quality Guidelines:

  • Use good lighting (natural light preferred)
  • Ensure photos are in focus and not blurry
  • Include multiple angles for comprehensive documentation
  • Photos should be high resolution and clearly visible
  • Include a reference object (like a coin) for size comparison if needed

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Processing Returns

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and better inventory management.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Process a full refund or replacement
  • Ensure you receive a perfect product

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Send you the correct item at no additional cost
  • Process a full refund if the correct item is not available

10. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be significant
  • Processing times may be longer due to customs

11. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • Cannot be transferred to another person
  • Cannot be converted to cash
