1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following areas:

  • All governorates within Egypt
  • International shipping available upon request
  • Remote areas may have limited shipping options

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Sunday - Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Cost: 250 EGP
  • Coverage: All governorates and cities in Egypt
  • Tracking: Available via SMS and email

3.2 Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: 250 EGP
  • Coverage: All governorates and cities in Egypt
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking available

3.3 Same-Day Delivery (Cairo Only)

  • Delivery Time: Same day (orders placed before 2 PM)
  • Cost: 250 EGP
  • Coverage: Greater Cairo area only
  • Tracking: Live tracking with delivery updates

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • SMS notification with tracking link
  • WhatsApp updates (if provided)
  • Real-time delivery status updates

You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

  • First attempt: On the scheduled delivery date
  • Second attempt: Next business day
  • Third attempt: Following business day

If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange pickup or reshipment.

6. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping address
  • Include building number, street name, and area
  • Provide a valid phone number for delivery coordination
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Have valid identification ready for verification

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address: Customer responsible for reshipping costs
  • Unavailable recipient: Package held for 5 days, then returned
  • Refused delivery: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Our error: We will reship at no additional cost

8. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Contact us for shipping quotes and delivery times
  • Customer responsible for customs duties and taxes
  • Delivery times vary by destination (7-21 business days)
  • Some countries may have restrictions on electronic device imports
  • Tracking available for most international shipments

9. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure:

  • Products arrive in perfect condition
  • Fragile items are properly protected
  • Packages are discreet and secure
  • Original product packaging is preserved

10. Weather and Holiday Delays
